The Elohim are here to support us in the ascent up this mountain. They are the original designers of the blueprint for the earth and the grids of light within the human vessel and in the earth itself.  

They are here to help reignite the flame of divinity, turning up the capacitance of light within our cells and in our DNA fibers because our physical structures can now hold more light. I just thought of a certain familial memory that was just so awesome.  Holidays like this, there were always more furries than bipeds in the room.  Heck, I'd even bring my kitty home for the holidays.

All of that situation is gone now.  Over the rainbow bridge, property sold, someone else's name on the mail box.

Though I feel sad for the loss, these tears are not only sadness.  

Time is such a massive illusion here on Earth.

I can think that period of time is gone but it's never gone.  It will always exist.  

There will always be a red brick house with smoke coming out of the chimney & so many pets, so many squeals, so much happiness will always exist.

I miss my Daddy something fierce and I miss all of those furries too.

But I know they're together and so in that I can find comfort enough to wait a little bit longer for the reunion.

The Power of the Dick Pic

A little over two years ago I was shown a dick-pic by a superior while working at a new job. He had sent my co-worker home early and at about midnight, began telling me about his sexual preferences. I needed that job so I made myself smile and nod, answering the phones “SOS Taxi” while he held his fingers up to show me the girth of his penis. He described in detail the sexual encounters he’s had … “SOS Taxi” … the cock rings he owns … “SOS Taxi” … the positions he’s been in … “SOS Taxi”.  Details that no new employee should have to hear, while working alone at midnight with a virtual stranger.

When his smoke-break came I was finally able to breath for a moment or two but … “SOS Taxi”... had to keep working, someone had to answer the phones. On his way back to his desk he paused beside me and showed me his own proud pic, an image now burned in my grey matter. There are so many things about this night that will never leave my memory. The pride in his grin, the visual excitement my own discomfort brought him but … “SOS Taxi” … still when I safely got home I remember wondering wtf just happened? Did a closet-homosexual superior just come out to me? Or was he trying to come on to me? Was I safe alone there with him?  

It was several days later until it hit me. That picture shoved in my face kept me from having an orgasm with my husband for an entire year. It still affects me to this day when it comes to many aspects of our relationship. I wanted him to do something about it but I didn’t want him to do anything about it. Stuck in this circle of anger-- I feel it still.

And yet, some men are simply obsessed with showing pictures of their dicks. In fact, of all the men reading this, how many of you have a dick pic on your phones? Ladies, how many of your mates have a dick pic on his phone? And, what is the bloody purpose of it?

In fact earlier today I sat here talking to a good friend about the trauma involved with infidelity while a married friend is texting me offering to send me a dick pic of his own. I’ve given this man no indication whatsoever that I’m interested in it and our recent friendship has revolved around Cannabis not sex.  But still the offer was put to me more than once today.

Dear friends of the opposite sex, you clearly don’t know the power of the dick pic. According to the law, sending someone a picture of your genitalia is considered sexual harassment punishable by law. And according to the court of public opinion, any ‘committed’ man sending or showing a picture of his penis is scum. What about the court of your wife’s opinion? Your sons’ opinions? Your daughters’ opinions? By sending the dick pic you are sending off all control of how your family views you. I can’t believe that’s okay with most married men. And still the fact remains: if I tell his wife, I’m the asshole here.

I did tell my manager who told the owner of the taxi company. My harasser got one week off work as punishment. And I got told that if I can’t work with him for 8 hours every week I’ll lose those hours. Like many jobs, this one had a rumor mill. When many of the fatherly drivers heard what happened, they wondered why I didn’t do more. This is a poignant point to make here. The one thought I should have gone to the Police. I wonder what I’d say. “My superior just told me he’s a closet homosexual and then showed me his dick pic.”  I don’t believe any cop would do much about that. And so, if the offense isn’t bad enough to attract law enforcement’s attention then why did it affect me so much? That’s the power of the dick pic. It’s why the ‘flasher’ scars their viewer. For me, alone at one and then two o’clock in the morning, that pic may as well have been a pic of a gun or a knife. I felt at risk of my own autonomous safety.

Interestingly, a dictionary leads me to consider this as “exhibitionism”.

Exhibitionism is a form of paraphilia. Exhibitionists (usually males) expose their genitals, usually to unsuspecting strangers, and become sexually excited when doing so. They may be aware of their need to surprise, shock, or impress the unwilling observer.

Impressed, I was not; scarred I was. This experience left me feeling dirty and gross. It left me wondering once again, what I had said to him to make him think this was okay. I blamed myself at times. I’ve “shoulded” all over myself so many times that the entire experience feels more like a segment in a movie. That man still works in that position of influence by the way, as though what he did was just a wee error in judgement with no harm done. The harm is not only done but I believe it to be weakening the societal drive to partner up. And that leaves me saying that for every woman who has lost her libido, there’s a dick pic or just a dick that is responsible for that loss. If you find mine, can ya send it back? Who knows, maybe someday I’ll need it again.

Gaslighting -- The Overused Leg-Up of 2021

 

When you are honest, it gives others the ability to mock you.

Sometimes that honesty is seen as a weapon.

I watched Hell's Kitchen again this season.  The one woman had a panic/ anxiety attack in the very first episode.  She made no secret of her mental health issues.

Two episodes ago, she was up for elimination against two male competitors.

They BOTH used her mental health issues as a reason why THEY deserved to stay in the competition and she did not.

GAS-LIGHTING 

However, anyone who chooses to demean you based on an illness, disability, or condition is a weak weak, shitty-minded person.  

In the end, Trenton, the winner of Hells Kitchen 2021 GASLIT one of his opponents.

But I'm stubborn so I continue to discuss my mental health issues, my depression, my therapy, my experience with meds, and finally my success with plant medicine.  

And now, I just use this as a clear and concise decision maker when removing ass-pects from my life 🙂 

One day, we'll all laugh at how silly we meat-sacks were.

Purpose Helps Me Sleep Well

 

Like many, I still struggle with knowing what I'm meant to do.  I have many skills now but when the angel numbers tell me I'm to continue fulfilling my purpose, it almost confuses me more!!!

Which thing? Which iron in the fire am I to focus my attention?

I currently have several articles in progress.  From woo-woo to housing, I'm expressing myself with no idea if I'll ever publish them anywhere other than my own blog.

But I went to sleep last night feeling a sense of satiation with how I lived purposefully yester day.  

I managed my online hours.  

I detached emotion while there.

I shared compassion with several of my other selves

I added to the above mentioned articles in progress

I enriched my spirituality by reading some of Jesus' words 2.0

Each night now I speak to Creator. I speak to them like they're my home boy, my bestie .... the person who knows everything about me and still loves me.  

Because that's what Creator is.  

Cleansing the mind of anything other than the knowledge of that unconditional love is easier now.  It's easier for me and you.  Try it.

Our existence is Creator's way of experiencing itself.  Mistakes are experience too and without moments of angst, embarrassment, struggle, failure, yada yada yada ... we would never learn.

Wouldn't it be great if a new party came in and removed the tax from Medical Cannabis??

Justin believes that some of us are committing fraud which is a kick in the throat to every legal Cannabis patient in Canada. I campaigned for him, knocked on doors, even scrutineered for Justin's trusty local representative & Landlord, Mark Gerretsen.  But he's really kicking the LEGALIZING DOCTORS in the throat because no one gets legal to use Cannabis WITHOUT an assessment from a Doctor. I worked at Cdn Cannabis Clinics and know that the Cannabis producers are as strict as the pharmacist is with your other scripts.

Medical Cannabis is STILL the only Medicine prescribed by a Doctor that is taxed to the patient.  For Canadians on assistance of almost any kind cannot get coverage for Cannabis which keeps them taking more harmful and dependency-building pharmaceuticals. Yet, Cannabis is safer. Forcing low-income patients to take the medication you want them to take by way of cost completely aligns with forcing us to take an experimental shot with insufficient long term safety studies.

We all see the overdose deaths. There are few to no Cannabinoid receptors in the brain stem so you cannot overdose on Cannabis.  

WHY isn't Health Cda ENCOURAGING people to use Cannabis through their Doctors?????? 

A recent Harvard Study showed that two sessions with a therapist and Psilocybin was 4X more effective than antidepressants.  

WHY aren't we ENCOURAGING your Health Minister to reply to the daily emails she receives from TheraPsil.  

My friend Shelley said something cool last night. She said that she's grateful to Justin Trudeau for making this possible. The energy of that gratitude will help her. I too, will visualize gratitude to him for throwing out a life-line when he obviously realizes he's drowning. We got this JT. The PEOPLE of Canada got the future all planned out my friend.  Parity as far as the eye can see.  The PPC future sees every Canada having a home because as you yourself stated, a home is a human right. They see body autonomy, Canadians first, then help others.

Y'know all of those Doctors who are being censored?  Many of their names were mentioned tonight.  Imagine a NEW Health Canada made up of Doctors like that. Doctors that put their reputations, careers, futures, income on the line and in some cases, for risking their lives.  

That should be rewarded for THEY held true to their oath to DO NO HARM to practice Peer Review. That's what's incredible is that Peer Review is going on right now all over the planet except that it's not being televised or allowed to be shared.  Many of us including myself spent 30 days in facebook jail unable to comment, like, or post anything because I dared to share videos of Canadian and International Doctors practicing that which was the norm before this pumpernickel began--peer review.

I personally believe that they should be rewarded for their selflessness and bravery while speaking truth to power that used to be their peer.  

This is it friends .... this is our opportunity to flip the system!

When my new Dr asked why I thought Cannabis relieved my depression I interrupted and said, 

"I don't think it relieves it, I KNOW it relieves it."

Amazingly, his demeaner changed immediately.

That was many years ago & the last time I spoke to him over 2 years ago, he said,

"We're finding that the Endocannabinoid System is very complex"

I couldn't hide the grin that day, knowing I might have had a wee itty bitty part of solidifying his confidence in what I know to be true.

It takes a community to teach the healer to heal.

Believing that Faith Provides

 

I helped a woman back home one time with a short-term work gig.

She was a very strong Christian as was her brother.

He didn't work aside from jobs here and there.

She said that he didn't worry about much because he trusted that Jesus would provide for him.

I thought she was nuts for thinking that but ... what if eh?  I mean, he had land and was building a house of his own so ... maybe I was the one who needed to learn a thing or two about faith!!!!

What if the worry creates the worrisome?

For me, the worry presents images in my mind.

For instance, last night after I read about a woman in New Brunswick who's rent is going up $1000 in 3 months, my mood plummeted.  My hubby kept checking if I was okay.

I couldn't help visualizing what would happen.  As the images poured into my mind, I remembered that in those channeled letters from Jesus, He says that WE CREATE OUR LIFE by doing just this ---by visualizing future events that have not even happened.

Jesus is confirming to me that OUR THOUGHTS ARE LIKE COMPUTER CODE.

So, I thought .... okay well, so I'm just supposed to what, imagine that that woman doesn't get evicted?  Imagine that something either lowers the price or raises her income?

In my angst I thought  ... alright big J ... I'll give it a try.

So, as I washed a few dishes, I sat with that.  I sat with the idea that I don't have to worry about that cuz good will prevail. I visualized her still in her home.

Within mere minutes, I felt differently.  I felt lighter, less angstful.  

I'm on a mission to visualize WHAT I want this world to be for all of us.

Many visions change reality.

Let's Stop Thinking Informed Consent Is the Norm

 

28 ish years ago I was given my first antidepressant script.

This started me on a path of numerous cocktails to turn that frown upside down.  The one pill was known to help control the appetite so my pill-pushing arsewipe of a Dr told me I could up it if I wanted that effect --- but not too much or I might have a seizure.

Mmmm hmmmm because when I was hopelessly depressed, I really gave a shit about how fat or thin I was.  Know your audience bro!

I was on 4 different scripts in about 35 years & built a dependence for each very quickly.

By dependence I mean addiction where if I missed a dose, I'd literally have brain zaps, nausea, dizzyness.

Today we're being told that this thing they want us to accept is safe.

We cry INFORMED CONSENT!!!!

But I ask you, where was the informed consent 28ish years ago when I was first prescribed that dependency-building antidepressant?

It's funny how we cry about being treated badly but when you look right at it, this is status quo for capitalism in healthcare.

Probing the Origins of the Cross

 

Y'know ... I now see how phrases in songs are clues undoubtedly from soul entities who want us to see that this is an illusion. (AKA those we label Aliens)

Now that I'm reading the lawofone dot info, I recognize this in all types of song genres.

For instance, what does she mean by "And a cross from a faith that died before Jesus came" ???

I've had issues with that cross for my entire life.  At 9ish I insisted that the Priest bless my new gold cross. I remember being totally unimpressed that neither the cross nor I felt any different after that blessing.  At times I've wondered if the crucifixion even took place at all but I am assured that it did.

Here's my issue ... why applaud the symbol of the thing that killed your prophet?  Je ne comprend.  Feels like shaving heads to support cancer when hair loss is a side effect from toxic medications we're hypnotized into believing are how we treat cancer, NOT from the cancer itself.  I mean, so we're applauding shitty, lazy, outdated, harmful and toxic medicine?

So I dig.

I've been digging for years.

As a teen I had friends tell me what they thought happened after death because they knew I was mildly obsessed with the after life.

Through the Law of One shtuff, I'm reminded of the power of rituals & symbols. Hollywood has done such a number on us when it comes to this topic that many of us see magic as a completely fabricated realm of entertainment.

I'm attempting to learn the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram.  To begin, you visualize a ball of light--an extension of the great one creator-- above your head. You raise your hand above your head to pull that light down to your forehead --third eye-- then down where you cross over to the right side, then to the left side, then pull that same lustrous & beautiful light of creation down past your groin and to the ground.

This forms a cross of light of the ONE great infinite Creator.

We see that the cross isn't a Christian thing though it is NO DOUBT why the darkness used that symbol to crucify Him, to kill the soul energy who came here with the sole purpose of teaching us love.

I have a new found love for Jesus friends.  He walked right back into it.  Rode that ass like it was barn sour back to Jerusalem though he was met with mockery and hate.  Every cell in my body wishes at times that he stole a stud and rode it far far away.  How different would our lives be?

Exploitation Using Inherent Pack Mentality Against the Pack

 

Oh that pack animal, that hive mind .....

Humans are pack animals as you know and pack animals do odd & awesome things.

Here's an awesome thing that is a pack oriented action that ended up not being in the best interest of the individual members of the pack.

Long ago, native tribes used to use the pack mentality against a pack of prey in order to hunt effectively. They did this by finding the herd and following them for days or even weeks stopping when they did, allowing horses to graze when the herd grazed etc. 

They followed close enough that the herd could see them but far enough back that they didn't feel threatened. 

In time, the humans on their horses became normal to the herd---possibly even a pseudo part of it.

Eventually, the humans would turn around and go back. 

Here's the detriment of the pack/hive mind .... when the herd saw the human herd turn around, it would turn and follow. 

Of course, the intelligent humans had sent arrow yielding pack members to then pull up behind the herd, trapping them so the humans could choose which herd members were ready for culling.

I see this.

This is proven.

Proven with Science.

Science that we ignore.

Ignore at our own detriment.

Detriment others profit off of.

And the wheels on the bus go round n' round

Measuring Religious Influence Like Hot Sauce

This post is inspired by a reply to a tweet about our need to rely on our faith in God at this time. The reply was simple, one man's opinion you could say. It was: "I don't need a god."

As a former Roman Catholic, I can understand the sentiment completely. I just whipped up some hot sauce and the heat is perfect, for me. If hot sauce were religious influence, my upbringing was mild. I had to go to Mass on Saturday night or Sunday morning until about fifteen after which, my attendance was sketchy at best. However, my best friend's family were much more Catholic than my parents and so they'd be medium hot sauce. Gran-Mama did the rosary every day. Heavy heavy on the dogma. Suffocating dogma. Beside my elementary school was the Church and the Convent where many of us took piano lessons from one of the nuns. Hot sauce. Strict, sober, sterile hot sauce. The piano teacher wasn't very strict but let's just say, there weren't many jokes being told! 

Too much hot sauce can push a person to ketchup or cheese sauce instead. Some have such negative experiences that they take their wings or vegan bites plain, bare, dry from the oven. That's this guy. The guy that doesn't need sauce at all.

From this perspective, believing we can all agree on the vast concept of the One Infinite Creator is naive to say the least. It's like expecting a meal to taste the same though the ingredients were all measured differently. Many younguns raised in hot sauce families secretly revolt. Grade nine is usually when it happens. Whereas in my mild sauce family, I was allowed a nip of Dad's beer or a sip of Peach Schnapps from the vacay to Niagara, my friend wasn't allowed any alcohol. At least not at home in the presence of her family. So she made up for it in grade nine.

From my own experience I see though that the burn of being influenced to eat too much hot sauce or too hot a sauce, can be healed in time. Whether by complete avoidance or by way of being given the time and right to choose how hot you want your sauce or if you even want sauce at all. But even the person who orders their wings or vegan bites dry, can dip a wing in a sauce from time to time. For myself, I had to see all of the sauces before I could truly decide. As my friend Adam once said, all sauces have validity in some way. With a compassionate ranch or blue cheese dressing, even the hottest of sauces can be tempered for the palate.

The difference is solidly knowing that no one is going to squirt their hot sauce onto your plate without you asking them to. If it happens, we now calmly ask them not to and replace our plate with a clean one. 

In the end, the sauce you choose is as personal as wanting no sauce at all. Taste buds may be forced to accept the heat; but they can never be forced to enjoy it, feel it in their core like they can't live without it, know it's the only reason they exist. That can only happen when and if you're ready for it. As I age, I find myself dipping in almost every sauce from time to time and enjoying it too. I'm now more sure of Creator than I've ever been. I'm also aware that each and every one of us are Co-Creators with that One. 

As I mentioned above, I just whipped up some hot sauce. I developed the recipe based on my personal heat level and current cravings. And therein is the lesson and the thing I had to write through. We're all here to develop our own hot sauces. The only requirement is that it includes heat. But remember the absence of heat is still heat and as Co-Creator with the One Infinite Creator, your free will decides.

When Gentrification Outruns Capitalism

Long-haired freaky people need not apply for housing in my city. If they dare, they don’t even get a reply. Gentrification-in-progress in an Ontario city near you! We’re in the upside down where even guaranteed Government subsidy like our Ontario Disability Support Program is seen as an unworthy form of income when it comes to finding a place to rent.

We see gentrification in other ways -- when the lease is king the clauses are lengthy. Rules rules everywhere! If you’re lucky enough for a balcony, therein lie rules as well. Another form of gentrification is our ability to stay cool each summer. Oh Ontario with your extreme temperatures. “Hot air for a cool breeze” is now for the well-to-do and the home-owner only if housing gentrification succeeds. What I can’t quite understand is how capitalism feels about this movement.

My fellow tenants and I recently received notice and recommendation that we no longer use our in-window a/c units. Lowes currently has the Arctic King in-window unit for $149!! Instead, it was recommended that we buy a portable in-unit air conditioner instead. Best Buy's cheapest portable unit is $399! One neighbor complied and paid $700 of his monthly ODSP funds for something he didn't even need.

Not gonna happen here. I bought my in-window a/c unit last summer using my credit card’s handy 12 month, no-interest payments deal. I had to in order to afford it. I am the average Ontario citizen! And even though my income hasn’t lessened since covid began, I still could never justify paying $300-$800 for a portable a/c unit if I had to. Could you? Should you have to? And once again, if in-window a/c units are unsafe then why are they still for sale and on sale at every hardware store in town? What happens to all that inventory if gentrification succeeds? Sale for the homeowner; boo-hoo for the renter? We're already seeing caste systems in Canada where financial disparity computes to being seen as less deserving of common pleasures and necessities too.

Speaking of air conditioning in rental units, have you ever paid more rent to use your a/c unit? This is a common and illegal practice yet many of my neighbors have paid $150 more in rent every summer just to put their own a/c units in. CBC Radio 1 was talking about deaths by heat being an issue this summer which got me researching. According to this CBC article, the B.C. Coroner states that 719 deaths last week alone can be attributed to the heat wave. In 2021, success comes by way of ignorance and fear as most renters are too fearful of eviction to ever question their landlord’s actions or demands. When will families of deceased tenants begin suing Landlords for using unethical tactics to dissuade the use of our a/c units that lead to their loved ones death?

Who ensures the Landlords follow the rules? As Ontarians are evicted for non-payment of rent at a time when they were legally unable to gain income, our Landlord and Tenant board seems to have camped out in the Landlord’s pockets. Heck, we can’t even pitch a tent in this city without running against housing rules. What gives?

The jig is up. Homelessness has side effects. Every single day I read about locals having their cars broken into. This is just the beginning. At this moment, I feel lucky to live on the eighth floor.

Container Autonomy

Consider your being a container. This container is you, every single part of you. Your hopes and fears, beliefs and memories, achievements and failures, desires and repulsions, your deepest darkest thoughts. You and your container are ever-changing as its very nature is to be evolutionary. 

Sometimes when I take my container around other containers, I feel my container shrink. The energetic frequency that keeps the walls confidently intact begin to weaken and waver. When other containers are vocal about my container, those words leave gashes in the brick and mortar of my being. 

When I avoid those containers--as I have lately-- I feel my container grow and my frequency RISE.

Through societal influence and my own unique generational pedagogy, this Dianna container was built.

Considering that many other supposedly lesser entities are born and their containers put out into the world alone, makes me question the greatness of the human. Spiders for instance, require no upbringing-- no pedagogy to poison or traumatize. This seems like a definite advantage from an anthropological perspective.

For some, container dispersion and autonomy challenge us daily. The societal & religious pedagogy I learned by pushed familial container-unity as of foremost importance. The mindset being that if this unity comes at a cost, so be it. This is a sum-of-its-parts theory versus the value of the individual autonomous container.

Before I started writing just now, my mind took me to the biblical story of the prodigal son. So weird because that book and I are not really on speaking terms. Nonetheless, I thought about the son that left and the son that stayed. I've always seen the son who stayed to help his father as being the far better offspring. That is until just now. That son separated himself to build his autonomous container and that's why his return was so sweet.

What a confusing web we weave where we see the son or daughter who leaves home as selfish but pop the corn to watch the comedy that mocks and belittles the same who fail to launch themselves into a home of their own. This ebb and flow or rather this tug-o-war of feelings and responsibilities and duties keeps us busy in the deciphering. Exactly where we're powerless to see the need for change or the point in demanding better.

The containers being born today have generations of unhealed trauma stored epigenetically in their cellular makeup. That trauma is part of the very structure of their containers now, baked into the brick. Trauma in the foundations, in the mortar mentioned above. Trauma weakening the structural integrity by merely wanting release. 

However, I recently read that trauma is the best catalyst for spiritual growth. And so, if the containers born today hold all of the trauma then they also have the potential to hold all of the knowledge that that trauma can teach. Many of us are the descendant who chose to live this very life in order to repair the decades of generational traumas. I chose my family; the sum and the individual, ever so challenging parts. From this distance I can see why I chose them and what they built in me. Whereas up close, I could not. 

What if this contentment can only be achieved by way of an autonomous container? What if finding happiness requires that we shed our years of conditioning and by now, inherent ideas about so many aspects of life so that we can settle on our own. We're taught to work for the reaction of parent, caregiver, or teacher and become adults who never feel successful. How can we when we're looking for our own success to be reflected in someone else's eyes. Those eyes may not understand what you do or the value in it and that has no bearing on its relevance or value to the world.

Now that you're autonomous the balanced evolution begins. Adjustments to understanding are made as new evidence comes in. Free will but do no harm. Sovereign, your only urging is to create and THRIVE.

Sheltering Skies

Wherein castles stretch towards the heavens, 

Yearning to gaze above the rising clouds.

From my mind float images of pulsing rays of sun,

Descending then reflecting off the castle walls,

In hope of someday tearing these stone walls down.

Hoping to be the nourishment of some weird being.

overworked papas and brave sons and daughters.

A distant land filled with sky-scraping castles and wondrous skies that appear to hold a heaven,

Do you ever find yourself so turned on, fired up, & excited about a mindset?

Weird, I know but there's this person whose brain just turns my crank in an intellectual way.

She's like Teflon to criticism--if Teflon were safe to use that is.

Brave ... yes but more than that even.

Thing is, she's digging & researching & sharing the wonders of our existence.

It's like she takes alllll these mysteries & rolls a perfect doobie to pass to anyone willing to imbibe--that is if she could roll a doobie 😎😁

The twist of the plotline for me is this, packs evolve. They expand and contract. You may not end up with the same pack you started with. So if you keep seeking the mystery doob, the mystery doob will find you, be passed to you. She'll tell you how it found her if you ask her.

When did you last walk into a room--digital or bricks 'n mortar--and KNOW without a shadow of a doubt that your words will be welcomed, heard, RESPECTED?

In this moment of time I speak of, she is the person holding the lantern guiding us along but she was guided too.

Did you know that emotions can manifest in body pain?

Ready for some woo woo?

My hips have been aching like crazy lately.  I'm old-ish, fell off wayyy too many horses, bikes, horses and of course wood piles as a wee youngster.  There's reason for my hips to ache right?

But what if this ache is caused there because it's the area of the Root Chakra where all creativity & a lot of passion resides.

I have plans that keep being delayed.  But am I subconsciously delaying them?  Do I fear success?  I fear the unknown & so, yes I guess I fear success.

I am officially moving OUT OF COMPETITION and INTO CREATIVITY

regardless of obstacles.

Just had a thought.

Do you think the Butterfly sees the cocoon that's holding it in, back, down.... as an obstacle?  Do you remember the story about the guy who tried to help the Butterfly out of its cocoon by snipping off the end & making an exit hole for it?  It died because it NEEDED to be able to eliminate that obstacle by itself in order to succeed in its next steps of creating its new existence.

I made plans to write a grow journal with seeds gifted for this purpose by an up and coming seed breeder from Colorado.  This was going to be one of the first times his seeds were grown & monitored outside, under the Sun.

Obstacles abound & stigma has asked me to remove my plants from that property.

I was somewhat shattered at first but now, I'm good & over it.

If that's all you got, step aside because geography will not be what holds me from rising like the Phoenix the way I have so many times before.

Letter to Kingston City Council Regarding Action to Silence MPP Randy Hillier

 

Dear Kingston City Council, 

In my mind, any action against Randy Hillier is censorship of free speech plain and simple.  And that, as I'm sure you'll agree is a slippery slope.

Furthermore, there are thousands of Ontarians who support Randy Hillier and so you're not merely attempting to silence ONE dissenting voice. This action would actively attempt to silence thousands of voices of tax paying citizens. There's that slippery slope. 

The idea that council must silence Randy Hillier because they deem his actions "dangerous" is insulting to my intelligence and to the intelligence of every Canadian who agrees with his stance. The ways Hillier chooses to push change may not be how others would do it, but at his core he is pushing freedom--something Canada held dear not so long ago.

Please don't do this.  Please pivot your time, energy and all resources that would be put into this action against a fellow Politician, and fix our ongoing and ever-increasing housing issue! 

Once again, ANY funds put towards forming a committee on silencing a fellow Politician that many tax-paying Kingstonians support would be highly hypocritical, somewhat unethical and totally misplaced energy and tax-dollars.

Practices to Raise Frequency From Ra, Humble Messenger of the Law of One

They say the Earth's frequency is rising & we must rise our frequency too. Eat high-vibe foods, drink loads of wa-wa, forgive and let go, LOVE everyone and everything for we're all expressions of the Infinite Creator.

Questioner: For general development [of the] reader of this book, could you state some of the practices or exercises to perform to produce an acceleration toward the Law of One?

Ra: I am Ra.

Exercise One. This is the most nearly centered and usable within your illusion complex. The moment contains love. That is the lesson/goal of this illusion or density. The exercise is to consciously seek that love in awareness and understanding distortions. The first attempt is the cornerstone. Upon this choosing rests the remainder of the life-experience of an entity. The second seeking of love within the moment begins the addition. The third seeking powers the second, the fourth powering or doubling the third. As with the previous type of empowerment, there will be some loss of power due to flaws within the seeking in the distortion of insincerity. However, the conscious statement of self to self of the desire to seek love is so central an act of will that, as before, the loss of power due to this friction is inconsequential.

Exercise Two. The universe is one being. When a mind/body/spirit complex views another mind/body/spirit complex, see the Creator. This is an helpful exercise.

Exercise Three. Gaze within a mirror. See the Creator.

Exercise Four. Gaze at the creation which lies about the mind/body/spirit complex of each entity. See the Creator.

The foundation or prerequisite of these exercises is a predilection towards what may be called meditation, contemplation, or prayer. With this attitude, these exercises can be processed. Without it, the data will not sink down into the roots of the tree of mind, thus enabling and ennobling the body and touching the spirit.

Ways To Balance Self From Ra, Humble Messenger of the Law Of One

I'm deep in this magical rabbit hole where my 47 years' of dots are finally connecting. 

To Briefly explain, in 1981 a group channeled an entity named Ra. (Same "soul energy" as the Egyptian Ra many of us know). According to this entity, we are all one because we are all an expression of the Infinite Creator. First time I read that I heard this inside my head: "any wrong you do to another; you do unto yourself". Oh ya, that Golden Rule. It's all one friends. I have never felt so free.

This portion is 15 conversations in but I thought it was beneficial nonetheless. If anyone reads this & gets benefit or it resonates with you as much as it's resonating with me, please reach out.

Questioner:   How does an individual go about balancing himself? What is the first step?

Ra: I am Ra. The steps are only one; that is, an understanding of the energy centers which make up the mind/body/spirit complex. This understanding may be briefly summarized as follows:

The first balancing is of the Malkuth, or Earth, vibratory energy complex, called the red-ray complex. An understanding and acceptance of this energy is fundamental.

The next energy complex which may be blocked is the emotional or personal complex, also known as the orange-ray complex. This blockage will often demonstrate itself as personal eccentricities or distortions with regard to self-conscious understanding or acceptance of self.

The third blockage resembles most closely that which you have called ego. It is the yellow-ray or solar plexus center. Blockages in this center will often manifest as distortions towards power, manipulation, and other social behaviors concerning those close and those associated with the mind/body/spirit complex.

Those with blockages in these first three energy centers, or nexi, will have continuing difficulties in ability to further their seeking of the Law of One.

The center of heart, or green ray, is the center from which third-density beings may springboard, shall we say, towards infinite intelligence. Blockages in this area may manifest as difficulties in expressing what you may call universal love or compassion.

The blue-ray center of energy streaming is the center which, for the first time, is outgoing as well as inpouring. Those blocked in this area may have difficulty in grasping the spirit/mind complexes of its own entity and further difficulty in expressing such understandings of self. Entities blocked in this area may have difficulties in accepting communication from other mind/body/spirit complexes.

The next center is the pineal or indigo-ray center. Those blocked in this center may experience a lessening of the influx of intelligent energy due to manifestations which appear as unworthiness. This is that of which you spoke. As you can see, this is but one of many distortions due to the several points of energy influx into the mind/body/spirit complex. The indigo-ray balancing is quite central to the type of work which revolves about the spirit complex, which has its influx then into the transformation or transmutation of third density to fourth density, it being the energy center receiving the least-distorted outpourings of love/light from intelligent energy and having also the potential for the key to the gateway of intelligent infinity.

The remaining center of energy influx is simply the total expression of the entity’s vibratory complex of mind, body, and spirit. It is as it will be, “balanced” or “imbalanced” has no meaning at this energy level, for it gives and takes in its own balance. Whatever the distortion may be, it cannot be manipulated as can the others and, therefore, has no particular importance in viewing the balancing of an entity.

It'll be Greek for a bit and then Eureka!

A Cool Exercise To Seek the Purpose of Those In Your Life

The idea that everything happens for a reason--there are no coincidences--is not a new one. For me it arrived in a book called "The Celestine Prophecy" and I read it about 25 years ago.

The dots are swiftly connecting now as synchronicity after synchronicity occur, something that I suspect will never get old. I'm personally awakening from yet another fall down the deep dark hole of depression but I'm back up again -- take that Krakken!

This time however, I filled my pockets with wisdom while there and as I slowly and tearfully climbed my way back out. I hesitate to say much more because the wonderment is in this discovery and my words could never ever convey to you the magic ...  yes magic that is now alllllll around me--us.

The people in our lives are not always in tune with our desires, beliefs, or mindsets. Sometimes we wonder why the heck we're in the family, group or community we're in.  I mean, I know I'm not alone in wondering if my parents brought the wrong baby home from the hospital!

Here's a thought I had and began doing with my siblings. This timeline is just one of many and it's miniscule in what we are and our entire existence.  To think that some of the people I met while traveling alone in Ireland and Scotland coloured this existence I call ME, makes me well up with purposeful tears. Purposeful like "rain upon the blinding dust of Earth overlying our hard hearts."            -Mark Twain.

My Evolution From Angst to Awakening

Today is the first day of my higher frequency & positive life.

A visual came showing me that I have been literally in the ditch digging shovels upon shovels of crap up into full view.

The thought was that if others saw what I see, things would naturally change.  

Ideally, I would eventually climb out & begin to do something with the shovels of crap I'd piled beside the trench.

But I don't because when I think about doing it, I get the krakken around my throat which makes me immediately want to give up trying because it feels like I can't breath.

Many years ago I named my depression--that many tentacled power that hides itself from view by internalizing just under my skin ready to erupt the second I feel the angst.

I see now that the Krakken thrives in that angst.

I learned yesterday in my Psychedelic therapy class that an emotion literally lasts for about 90 seconds.

In that 90 seconds of thinking that I CAN'T, the Krakken wins time & time again dammit.

I'm retiring my shovel friends ... and pickin' up the highest frequency I can muster until it becomes the norm.

Thing is, I can already sort of feel and see this reality crumbling.

I'm finding people ~ and people are finding me.

LOCKDOWNS Build Wealth For the Wealthy & SILENCE the Citizen Voice

Yesterday got me to thinking ... if this were happening in the time of the Suffragettes, women would never have gotten the right to vote. This is but one uber important example of how unity and pressure via masses of individual voices and bodies, changed history.

So in that thought I pushed on to current events & asked myself if this is a fair comparison. Is there anything happening today as important as the female citizen's voices being counted for political change?

A vote is important but a home is a human right. Without a home, could you even develop an educated opinion to cast a vote? Ask a homeless person when last they voted. Could you heal?  Could you build?  Could you grow?

Right now, Landlords and the LTB are holding eviction hearings for non-payment of rent.

I would say tenant rights are up there with the vote. We vote once every few years but we need a home every single day.

In big cities, gatherings of tenants have stopped evictions in a wonderful, heart-swelling example of humanity.

LOCKDOWN.

Ever wonder if our rich Politicians are doing this for other reasons? My city is currently in a housing crisis yet our member of Federal Parliament owns a rental company with some of the highest rates in the city. These are rates that could soon be raised but to do so, he must get rid of the tenants therein.

Evictions Ontario clearly illustrates what our Premier thinks of tenant rights:

"In late April 2021, the Ontario government is scheduled to introduce Bill 276, the Supporting Recovery and Competitiveness Act. Buried in the bill is an amendment to the Statutory Powers Procedure Act which sets fines of up to $25,000 for the recording and sharing of online tribunal hearing proceedings. A few years ago my building experienced an above guideline rent increase. When I and others reached out for help from our local Member of Political Parliament we were told to unite, to build a team in solidarity. We signed a petition in the foyer because so few had internet access. One elderly neighbor signed in her housecoat and slippers, hooked up to oxygen, pushing her walker. She had to catch her breath before she could sign. I remember thinking, when I grow up, I wanna be that strong. She's now passed, growing wee greens up there with my Daddy but her phenomenal effort saves me money each month.

Please don't stop paying attention to your neighbors and the struggles they face. We believe the Landlord and Tenant Board is just but they are proving quite the opposite. The more you know; the more power you have.

The Why & the WTF In the Plannedemic, According to Me

 

For those still watching things unfold, are you noticing that those who are pro-reset, pro-lockdown, pro-pandemic freezing in fright ... are the wealthy, the high profile, the politicians, corporations etc?

Why would that be?

If you're unsure of your stance, look to whom promotes what & dig in to why they would promote it.

The wealthy elite see that with enough hard work & elbow grease, WE can succeed so they're moving the goal posts.

They know that we can gather & invoke change in regulation.

Lockdown.

They know that we can educate one another to see the fraud they commit.

Lockdown.

They know that when we are in groups; we feel bolder stronger bigger in all ways.

Lockdown.

We've never really taken the preventions seriously & as people who work at home rave and rant about masking or non-masking, they do so with zero empirical knowledge--they don't know what it's like to talk with a mask on for 8 hours a day.

How about lunch rooms or teacher lounges?  Are all the teachers keeping their masks on?

To this day & for the last year, store clerks have been removing their masks the second the custy leaves the store.

Our local reps met and had a photo op without a mask on.

Masking has kept the cold down no doubt but honestly, they are more a tool of compliance and SEPARATION.  This is proven by the fact that a pair of underwear would suffice as a mask.

Think about how many people the average teacher or teacher's assistant comes in contact with each day.  How many go grocery shopping afterwards?  

Think about how many kids our kids come in contact with each day. 

Amplify it if you have kids at more than one school.  So now, mom and dad and both kids come together to smash bubbles only to get up in the morning to smash more bubbles together. 

<It's like when they used to say having sex with one person was having sex with all of their previous partners.  If the fearmongering is correct, the kids and the teachers should really by their own logic, be the ones getting sick>

But they're not.

And I know it seems I'm picking on the teachers but I'm only using them as an example in order to warn them of the ONE TEACHER PROVINCE OF ONTARIO.

What if they're allowing this to happen so they can justify at-home learning only with ONE TEACHER FOR EVERY PROVINCE.

Now that's a money saver eh Dougie?  

The demographics most affected are those that cost the Government & the wealthy elites who control them, money.

What if we have nothing to do with the spread?

What if the VARIANTS ARE CAUSED BY THE VACCINE?

They only began after the injecting began.

I woke up remembering this video of Billy & Melinda talking about how he miraculously predicted this pandemic & then ensuring that we'll all take notice during wave #3

Why the eff would they giggle about something like this?

Occam's Razor friends ... for me the easiest thing to believe is that Gates had a large part in this plannedemic.

Even my psychotherapist admits that many people have gotten very very wealthy right now.  Follow the strings that bind those people to your Government.

Galen Weston is no doubt wants the reset.

Why would that be?  Why would he want us to have less?  

Doesn't that compute to us buying less? 

It's that spreadsheet yo!!!  

Money out or money in--Robots don't cost a thang!

We keep blaming incompetence but it's all just part of the planning.  Even the fact that we accept incompetence has been engineered by donkeys in positions of power & by opinion surpassing fact and evidence.

I see this so clearly now.

I Support Independent MPP Randy Hillier

 

I really have to giggle at the people who see others as not acting on their own volition when they do similar things to activists like Randy Hillier.

Everyone is blaming that one person and I get it. He's the one in the position of influence here but it's a little bit disrespectful to all of those people that agree with him to believe that they're zombies following his lead, dontcha think?

We're all really surprised suddenly that others have free thought, have the ability to dig in to the research and the studies and the narrative that's being pushed at us.

People like myself who respect and appreciate Randy Hillier are not following him blindly like he's a Pied Piper.  We take part in, promote, and defend his actions because we too believe what he believes and that is that we are being manipulated by the elite and the UN.

I mean this isn't a great shock considering that the country responsible for human rights in the UN is Saudi Arabia.  Honestly the minute I learned that was the minute that I stopped listening to or respecting the UN.

 Saudi Arabia cuts sexual organs off of their women so they are not an expert on human rights. That along with all of the other misogynistic things that they do and rules that they have are your sign that the world is upside down and that you should not listen to that authority figure.

New Rule: Less Talk About Vaccines; More Talk About Canadians You Can Help!

 

I'm fatigued with hearing Michelle Rempel complain that Justin Trudeau has failed. As much as I have enjoyed hearing her see through his sunny way'd phonyness, it's taking airtime away from more important topics effecting Canadians.

JT hasn't failed the people he's meant to lift up.

He's doing exactly what the plan says he's to do.  He's following the messaging, complying with the planning as it comes.

I'm so so tired of hearing us talk about the vaccines.

STOP TALKING ABOUT THEM & START TALKING ABOUT ...

-TENT CITIES 

-Homelessness

-Housing

-Financial Disparity

-Evictions, Renevictions, Corrupt, Complacent, & Ignorant Landlords.

-Mental Health disorders

-Rising Food Costs 

-Rising Medicine Costs

-Rising Real Estate costs --ya, that's not a great thing!

-Suicides being recorded as covid deaths

-Small business bankruptcies

-Seniors sleeping in shitty pants.

-Cancer patients not being able to get treatment because they're not as valuable to the hospital as a covid patient is.

-The conflict of interest that is MP Mark Gerretsen running a rental company with some of the highest rents in a city that's in a housing crisis.

There are many other things to discuss.

But those things don't matter to them I guess.

Uninformed Landlords Are Engineering Tent Cities NOW

Another wave of life-changing housing issues is being manufactured right now. It should begin in a few months as wealthy rental property buyers convince existing tenants that they must vacate premises. In Ontario we have housing rules that favor the tenant; you just wouldn’t know it to look at the province. We like to keep these things secret. And that is no doubt for the benefit of the rental property owner.

The word “Landlord” is polarizing now, meaning emotion is attached to it. For me, the word drips with disparity. It’s about time we revised the term isn’t it? I have several friends who are Landlords and they don’t fit into the negative image. In fact, I know five LL’s and they’re all just basically washing money each month. They rent out their homes--many cut up into several units--for just enough to cover the mortgage payments each month. While in my building owned by one of Ontario’s largest rental companies, the twin unit at the end of the hall now rents for $375 more per month than mine PLUS hydro. 

We live in a province of opportunistic capitalism and because that unit had short term tenants, the rent is that much higher. Transiency should not affect or decide housing rates!

I’ve been pretty vocal lately--at times at the risk of putting a target on my back but this engineering of willful ignorance infuriates me. During last year’s eviction freeze and subsequent rent increase freeze, I put signage up in the laundry room. It was taken down four times until I spoke to the head superintendent who was personally unaware of both the eviction freeze AND the rent rate freeze as well. That’s like having bus drivers driving buses who don’t know the rules of the road. I learned how to cut hair 27 years ago but hold no license so I can’t work in that field. I used to cook and had my “safe food handler” certificate but that has expired keeping me from working in that field as well. But I could become a Landlord tomorrow. In 2013 our Prime Minister confirmed that a home is a human right so that means that those providing human rights in Ontario don’t require training to do so ethically and fairly. Gotta get me a rental property!

Is housing SO unimportant that we’ll let absolutely anyone do it? Feels like Wim Hof just wooed you into the ice water. This is a shocking fact. We have to become aware that the actions of uninformed Landlords who are ignorant to housing rules, affect us. Their actions affect every single one of us because financial disparity has side effects for the community it is in. 

For instance, some people have argued with me that as the property owner, a Landlord can do whatever they want with that property. This could not be further from the truth. To elaborate, this list is just a few of the things some local landlords need to be educated on:

-they cannot raise the rent as per Ontario legislation, freezing all rent at 2020 rates.

-they cannot evict you mid-lease in order to raise the rent.

-they cannot evict you without LTB approval.

-the only way a Landlord can evict you 'without cause' mid-lease is with a N12 meaning they or a family member will move in.

Every single day Kingstonians are having these very issues with their current Landlords. And that brings me back to education and the bus driver who knows none of the rules of the road. There is a case for Kingston to be labeled Canada’s Musical Capital. Typing that made me feel pride in this incredible city. But watching this new housing problem as it is being created, I predict she’ll soon look more like a tent city than a musical city. And the renters currently having issues with their Landlords are the ones who will fill those tents! It was easy for some to visually profile and judge the tenants of last summer’s Belle Park Community. But it will not be so easy this summer. How many healthcare workers will be sleeping in tents this summer in Kingston?

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and a home is a human right. You just wouldn’t know it to look at Kingston.

Regarding These Shots: I Choose Me

 

I grew up with depression.  One of my earliest memories of having this thing is of hiding in the school yard away from everyone else because my bff Dina was sick that day.

I have worked so so SO hard to have mental wellness.

NOTHING about that struggle was easy as so many of you can concur.

Because of this fact, I choose me and my health.

I choose what's best for me. I weigh the risk and I make the decision.

I will not get any of the shots they call "vaccinations" no matter how much shame they throw at me.

I will never comply.

Friends with chronic illness ... imagine if your illness got worse. 

Why risk it? Why when so many of you have worked so hard and come so far why?

I pray that you choose YOU the way I have chosen me. If after doing your research, you feel that accepting it IS choosing you then so be it. 

But they want us to believe that we are disease spreaders UNTIL we are vaccinated.  

The shaming and the 'do it for your neighbor' pressure has already started.

People are dying after getting these shots.

I choose me & I hope that you choose you.

Shame is the strongest negative frequency we can feel.

I am now teflon to your shame.

Because I am proud to finally love myself enough to choose ME.
