Concern:  Peroneal Tendinitis in foot.

Treatment:  

1)  Soak in bath of Magnesium and Borax.

2)  Strong Amanita tea applied with a soaked t-shirt for one hour.

3)  Amanita infused oil applied and wrapped with plastic, sock on for added absorption.

Stress-Not For Nothing Can Stop What is Coming

Our Politicians are like magicians or hypnotists using their words to gain a reaction from we the audience and minions.  

They say jump and many of us say how high?

They say have fear and many of us don't even ask why.

Just look at the tariff situation that so very many of us are stressing over.  

It hasn't even occurred yet and we have so much division acting out, driving costs up, worrying those on a budget. 

But if you dig, you'll see that we can adapt and handle anything.  

What we can't seem to do is discern in whom to trust. 

In moments like this, I remember that nothing can stop what is coming.

So I won't fear or stress or hate anyone else.  

I just adapt. 

In each and every moment I remember that:

I am the light

I am the love

I am the truth 

(So are you--we all are)

We're not here to fear or hate or divide.  

We're here to love and our politicians will do anything to keep us from this goal.  

The one thing they haven't been able to do though is tax or tithe or tariff our love for one another.  

I won't be letting them take that from me.  Ever. 

So even when we disagree, know that I love you!
