Canna-Bacon

Canna-Bacon may be one of the most sustainable ways of infusing cannabis into a food because it leaves a pan full of infused bacon fat to use the next time you cook.

Directions:

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper to keep bacon from sticking to the pan.
Lay down strips of bacon
Sprinkle ground cannabis of your choice
Drizzle oil of your choice on bacon strips
Use your finger or a spoon to ensure all cannabis is covered in oil
>>especially on fatty areas
Bake in oven at 300 until desired crispness turning once

Retain bacon grease in a well-labeled container and use in place of butter or oil.
