Final Act of This Grand Experiment? Thought-salad.

My mind makes correlations quite often and I see this as the last great challenge, the last bit of egg shell to be broken, the last bit of cocoon to be opened.

Here's the correlation that keeps coming to my mind:

Researchers did experiments with nematodes (worms) by creating a maze with food at the end. They taught the worms how to find the food.

Then, they cut off their heads, let them regrow and saw if the same worms could navigate the maze and find the food.

To make it even more difficult and to challenge their own theories, they did two things --they changed the texture of the floor in the maze dish so that it became rougher, the closer they got to the food. Worms prefer smooth slimy grounds to wiggle on so this indeed challenged them, making many not want to continue.

They also shone a bright light just before the food was set. Worms hate light so this was that extra struggle they had to go through to get the food.

I think we're in that phase right now. We're being shone bright flashy fakey phoney detrimental light on us by those doing the experiment (iykyk). We're also being made to navigate difficult ground or in our case, heavier density (iykyk) which can be piled on with emotions and finances and personal struggles.

But the worms made it through.

They regrew their heads and their cellular memory saw them to the food.

Our cells remember too.

I love you!
