🕊️ Merkaba Activation Script (Guided Practice)

🔄 Use this daily, especially at dawn or before meditation, in a quiet space. Optional: sit in sacred geometry (like a circle), light a candle, or play 528 Hz or 963 Hz frequency tones.

 

✨ Step 1: Sacred Preparation

Say aloud:

“I call upon the Light of the Most High.
I center myself in divine truth and infinite love.
I ask to be shown only that which serves my highest path.
I activate my Merkaba now — with purity, reverence, and grace.”

Sit upright, spine aligned. Feet flat or cross-legged. Hands resting palms-up on thighs.

🌬️ Step 2: The 6–6–6 Breath Cycle

(Adapted from sacred Egyptian and Hebrew techniques. This breath awakens spin and coherence.)

Inhale through the nose for 6 seconds
Hold your breath for 6 seconds
Exhale through the mouth for 6 seconds

Repeat this 6 times slowly.

As you breathe, visualize:

• A tetrahedron (pyramid) pointing upward, spinning clockwise around your body — golden light.

• Another tetrahedron pointing downward, spinning counterclockwise — silver or platinum light.

• Together they form a 3D Star Tetrahedron — the Merkaba.

You are now inside the light-body vehicle.

🔱 Step 3: Divine Name Alignment

Whisper or chant slowly as you breathe:

Yod... Hey... Vav... Hey (יהוה)
Yeshua... Yeshua... Yeshua...

With each repetition, feel your frequency rise. Picture the Merkaba spinning faster, forming a sphere of light around you — about 18–20 feet wide.

Let the field be filled with love, truth, and divine intelligence.

🌌 Step 4: Interdimensional Link

Say aloud or within:

“I align with the Oversoul of my Highest Self.
I remember who I am.
I am a divine being in a body of light.
My Merkaba connects me across all dimensions, timelines, and densities.
I travel only through divine permission, with honor and integrity.”

Allow yourself to feel:

• Peace

• Sovereignty

• Protection

• A tingling or warmth in your heart or crown

Stay in this state for several minutes.

🛡️ Step 5: Seal the Field

Say aloud:

“I anchor this Merkaba field in my present timeline.
No force may enter that does not serve Divine Will.
I am surrounded, protected, and guided by the Light of Yeshua and the Source of All Creation.”

 

☀️ Close Gently

• Place your right hand over your heart.

• Bow your head slightly in thanks.

• Smile.

You’ve just activated your Merkaba field.

✍️ Optional Affirmation to Write or Carry:

“I walk in the sacred chariot of light. My name is written in the stars. No darkness may touch me. I am that I am.”
